Each piece is made with love and a variety of metals from gold filled to gold plated comes with 2" extender but you can upgrade if needed.

Please measure wrists before purchasing, you can wrap a piece of string around the wrist and then measure that piece on a ruler to kind of get an idea how the bracelet will fit and if you need a longer extender.
